I travelled into the city from the suburbs by train and it was very convenient to have your establishment within easy walking distance of Town Hall Station. To be honest, it was a little difficult to locate the hotel but once I was there the check in process was very well and professionally handled by the Concierge. My room, while a little on the small side, was well made up with clean sheets and towels and a clean bathroom. I couldn't fault it and it was the perfect venue to catch up with friends for a drink in the bar before heading out. The location was great. Walking distance to everywhere in the city.

The room we had was clean and well appointed with stylish touches in terms of classic boutique furnishings and a good selection of tea and coffee (Nespresso machine!). We especially liked and were pleasantly surprised by the size and cleanliness of the bathroom attached to the room. The hotel itself was easy to find and the check in process smooth and efficient, especially as we had a very late arrival and were a bit tired. It was nice to see reception staff on duty who were helpful and friendly.

Location was fantastic. Middle of Sydney CBD and an easy walk to Darling Harbour and Opera House. For the price you can't realy go wrong. The room is spacious enough and beds were comfy. Its a shame we didn't get to try the hotel breakfast or the bar as we had little time during our stay. I would stay here again when back in Sydney. The hotel manager was kind enough to give us a room at 10am that was available as we had a very early flight. 10/10 stay for this price point and location

I called and asked for a roll out bed for just the first night and with minimal extra charge. When I arrived this hadn’t been noted but it was quickly organised and I was able to check in early as well. Room was large. Bathroom was massive. Books were a quaint touch. I’ll be back.

Right near George Street and Pitt Street Mall, so great for shopping. Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. Parking station right nearby at very reasonable cost.
